The service provider or the participant will send the invoice to Lead Plan Manager
We will check the invoice against NDIS price guide. Then we will archive it to the participant file on our database.
We will submit the payment request to the NDIS portal for approval and for release the fund for the invoice payment.
Once NDIS approves the payment request, we will receive the fund into our trust account.
Once we receive the fund by NDIS into our trust account, Lead Plan Manager will make the payment to the provider nominated bank account.
As your nominated plan manager, Lead Plan Manager will take on the responsibility of paying your providers and submitting claims to NDIS portal.
